PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) accompanied 2,572 people on their safe and comfortable journey home. loyal customer through the 2025 Mudik Balik Bareng Honda (MBBH) program. In the event which has entered its 17th year, travelers can also stop to rest at 176 Bale Santai Honda which accompany their family gatherings in welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1446 H.

As a form of commitment in providing a safe and comfortable homecoming experience, AHM accompanies the journey of Honda motorcycle lovers to two destination cities, namely Jakarta – Yogyakarta and Jakarta – Semarang. A total of 59 executive buses departed from the AHM office in Sunter, North Jakarta, on Friday morning (3/28) by delivering 1629 homecoming travelers to Yogyakarta and 943 homecoming travelers to the city of Semarang, Central Java.

AHM also prioritizes consumer safety by transporting Honda motorcycles owned by participants so that they can still be used in their hometowns. A total of 1,112 motorcycles were sent off early using 28 trucks on Wednesday (3/26) from the Bhanda Ghara Reksa parking lot, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

General Manager of the Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Division AHM, Antok Yuniarso, emphasized that this program is a real manifestation of the company’s commitment to providing the best service for consumers.

“Mudik Balik Bareng Honda has become an activity that is awaited every year by our loyal consumers. Through this program, we hope that participants can enjoy a comfortable and safe homecoming trip, and feel togetherness with their families in their hometowns with their beloved Honda motorcycles,” said Antok.

As part of efforts to increase awareness of driving safety, AHM also educates MBBH participants through the #Cari_Aman campaign. Since registration opened on February 15, 2025, participants have received socialization regarding the maximum number of passengers and luggage on a motorbike, as well as the importance of using appropriate riding equipment for road safety.

For the return flow after the Eid holiday, AHM facilitated 22 buses for around 800 travelers returning to Jakarta and 10 trucks to transport 400 motorcycles. The Balik Bareng Honda (BBH) 2025 program is scheduled to take place on April 6, 2025 with departure points at Astra Motor Yogyakarta and Astra Motor Central Java heading to Jakarta.

The Excitement of One Heart Gathering

Adding to the excitement of the month of Ramadan and Eid, AHM also presents various appreciation programs for loyal consumers, such as Bale Santai Honda (BSH) and Lebaran Nusantara Honda 2025 .

Bale Santai Honda is present as a resting place for motorcycle travelers, providing various facilities such as air-conditioned rooms, prayer rooms, televisions, free food and soft drinks, electric massage tools, motorcycle service, and special offers for the sale of spare parts, accessories and apparel. AHM together with the Main Dealer network provides 176 Bale Santai Honda consisting of 12 Honda Homecoming Posts on Java Island, 14 AHASS Siaga+ along the Lampung, Java, to Bali homecoming routes, and 150 AHASS Siaga throughout Indonesia. These posts operate from March 28 – April 6, 2025, their locations can be seen on the astra-honda.com website and the Honda consumer application.

As a form of appreciation to consumers, Honda’s Lebaran Nusantara program presents various togetherness activities involving 677 Honda dealer networks and 27,080 consumers. Activities such as breaking the fast together with consumers, ngabuburit together with consumers, providing assistance to orphans, appreciation for loyal Honda consumers, Ramadan bazaar, and Islamic competitions are part of this celebration.

In order to support a safe homecoming trip, Honda technicians are also on standby through the Honda CARE (Customer Assistance Road Emergency) service which is available in 40 major cities in Indonesia as an emergency assistance service on the road. In addition, AHM provides 24/7 service through the Astra Honda Care Contact Center for travelers who need assistance during the trip via telephone, SMS, and social media.
